Where do I submit my team’s proposal?

The proposal is submitted through the Registration Form linked on this website through the ‘Register Now’ buttons. However, if you would like to email a copy to the ccsri@rmit.edu.au email address that is also acceptable.

Is there a specific template that registrations must follow?

Yes. Aside from answering the general questions:

1) Registrations must include a link to your team’s Lean Canvas overview – template can be downloaded here.

2) Registrations must include a link to a 60 second video pitch for your idea (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, Loom etc)

An information session will be held on Thursday 25th September to go through the application process and how to think about your challenge solution.

What happens if our team is selected as finalists?

All finalists will be sponsored to travel to Hanoi and matched with leading cybercrime mentors to refine their ideas for the Hackathon. Finalist teams will be required to submit personal documentation, including passport information, for us to book flights and accommodation to Hanoi.

What benefits does the winning team receive?

All members of the winning team will receive an Apple iPad each as well as a share of the career-oriented prize pool, which includes business consultations with leading industry experts and other invaluable career opportunities.
